Shipping & Returns Policy

SHIPPING  (Continental U.S. Only)

  • Orders placed for in-stock items before 5 pm Monday thru Thursday will be shipped out the next day by USPS. (Customer can select FedEx shipping at checkout if preferred)
  • Orders placed for in-stock items before noon Monday thru Thursday will be shipped out that day via FedEX.
  • For Expedited Shipping (Overnight, 2-Day, Saturday Delivery), orders for in-stock items must be placed by 10 am Eastern Standard Time (EST) Monday thru Thursday.
  • Any orders (including Expedited Shipping) placed on Friday or Saturday for in-stock items, will be shipped out on the following Monday.
  • For extra-large size items, freight shipping may be needed. If items need to be palletized for shipment, there will be a modest charge for that service included in the shipping charges. 

Delivery time estimates (from day of shipping- not day of ordering)

USPS:

  • USPS Regular Mail: 3-7 days in Continental US (depending on distance from NY State)
  • USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days depending on location (delivery date not guaranteed)

FedEx Ground:  

  • Eastern Time Zone: 2-3 business days
  • Central Time Zone: 3-5 business days
  • Mountain/Pacific Time Zone: 5-7 business days

RETURNS

Our policy is simple- If within 30 days, you’re not satisfied with your purchase from Green Baler Parts, we will be happy to replace it or refund your purchase. 

We are also happy to work with you over the phone to troubleshoot any problems with installation or product specs.  Unfortunately, after 30 days we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, just return your item to us.  We have very few returns, so our technicians would like to evaluate the failure of the part to determine the root cause.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 24 hours.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@jgreenbalerparts.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt.. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@greenbalerparts.com and your item to: 121 Winners Way, Warners, NY, 13164-9051, United States.

If the product is defective, we will ship the replacement back to you at no charge

If a replacement item is not available, we will happily refund your money.
